Restore Your Roots: Yoga

Our Restore Your Roots program is back for 2026! We're bringing the garden indoors to support the wellbeing of our campus community. Each event will feature a different activity provided by our campus partners. Come enjoy a restorative evening while being immersed in a virtual oasis. Join us on February 25 in the IM Circle dance studio for a free yoga class lead by MSU Recreational Sports and Fitness Services. Doors open at 5:30pm, class begins at 6:00pm. An MSU ID will be required to enter the building. Please have your gym membership activated online before you arrive if possible.

These events are free, but registration is recommended.
